2022-2023 Women's Division 2 Zoe Harris National Player of the Year: Lauren Power, United States Naval Academy

This year's award goes to United States Naval Academy Senior Defense, Lauren Power.  The Scottsdale, AZ. native helped the Midshipmen to a 18-3-1 record and the #2 seed in the Southeast Region. This will be the back-to-back National Appearances for Power and her team since COVID wiped out the 20/21 season for all of Women's Division 2.

Lauren averaged 1.33 points a game, finishing the year with 28 points (17 G, 11 A).  She finished the season ranked 28th nationally in Points and tied for 23rd in the Nation in Goals.  She was highest ranked Defense in both categories. Her ability on defense helped to anchor a corps that yielded only 1.95 goals per game.
