ACHA and HockeyTech Extend Partnership

ACHA and HockeyTech continue to extend remarkable partnership

UNION LAKE, Mich. – (August 3, 2021) – The American Collegiate Hockey Association, the governing body for non-varsity college hockey across the United States, is pleased to announce that it is extending its partnership with hockey industry leader HockeyTech by implementing a new, more powerful ACHA website for the 2021-22 season.

HockeyTech has redesigned the ACHA website, www.achahockey.org, in order to provide a better experience for ACHA fans, players, and teams.  The redesigned site makes up to the minute scores, game results, team statistics, ACHA news and announcements easily accessible to all users.  Social media news, videos and ACHA webstores will also be readily available on the new ACHA site.

In January 2021, the ACHA began utilizing HockeyTech’s scoring and statistics system called LeagueStat, which provided powerful real-time scores and game stats, but also included an enhanced package of detailed and searchable hockey-statistics that every ACHA enthusiast could take advantage of and appreciate.

In April 2021, the ACHA turned to HockeyTech again to make use of its live streaming product – HockeyTV – to broadcast all the 2020-21 National Tournaments games.  Even during the difficult pandemic times, HockeyTV allowed the ACHA to provide a first-class broadcast of all games at the 2020-21 National Tournaments while also reducing the ACHA’s broadcast expenses.

“Adding another HockeyTech product to our recently tried and proven LeagueStat and HockeyTV experience is a no-brainer for us,” said ACHA Executive Director Craig Barnett.  “Their redesign of our ACHA website provides an easy integration of all stats and scores in real time as well as many other features that will keep us current and ahead of many in our industry.  HockeyTech is owned, operated and managed by hockey people who understand what hockey associations, teams and fans want and need.”

In addition to redesigning and powering the new ACHA website, HockeyTech also provides scoring, broadcast, and/or website services to a number of hockey organizations and teams, including the, AHL, ECHL, SPHL, and 40+ other Elite level hockey leagues across North America

HockeyTech will also be able to provide team websites to ACHA members at very competitive pricing.  By using HockeyTech as the platform for a team website, ACHA members will find many advantages including tight integration with ACHA game scores and stats, access to powerful add-ons to serve your fans, simple setup and backend management tools, and premier-level customer service.  Interested ACHA teams should contact HockeyTech at sales@hockeytech.com.
