Greetings to everyone in the ACHA! 

With the calendar turning to February, there is going to be a lot of activity coming in the next six weeks and just wanted to make sure to send out a couple of reminders:

1. The deadline to move/add a player in all divisions, except M1, is Tuesday, January 31^st.  Starting Wednesday, February 1st, all rosters will be frozen.

2. The Spring Eligibility form is to be postmarked no later than Tuesday, January 31^st. If you do not think you are going to make that deadline, please contact your commissioner ASAP.

3. Final rankings for all five divisions will take place in February. M2 final day of “rankable” games will be Sunday, February 12th and the rest of the ACHA will be on Sunday, February 26th.  In the next week, we will be making an announcement of when each division will be announcing their Final Rankings.

4. Our postseason pages are now up on the ACHA website. Click on one of the links below to go directly to them. Further details will be added once finalized.

5. ACHA will be announcing our yearly awards in late February and early March.  Look for the schedule in the next DHO update.

6. Deadline to submit proposals for agenda items at the Annual Meeting is Wednesday, February 15^th. Make sure to review the requirements in the ACHA Manual to propose something for either the General Session or Divisional Breakout Meetings.

7. The DHO is looking for potential hosts for ACHA showcases for the 24/25 season and beyond, as well 2024 M2 Regional Sites. If you would be interested, please email Brandon Russ at bruss@achahockey.org.  Once the RFP is complete, it will be sent to you for review and discussion.

8. As we get to the end of the season and final rankings, please make sure to review your record and schedule on the ACHA website. If you see something that is not correct or there are games that need to be removed or added, please email Dave Kurtz at dkurtz@achahockey.org with a description of the issue (wrong score, wrong team, etc.)
