Gordie Schaeffler
– VICE PRESIDENT M1
Gordie grew up playing the game in the metro Detroit area. Went to Ferris State University where he began his affiliation with the ACHA as a player. After Ferris Gordie was brought onto the coaching staff at Oakland University in 2005 until 2017 (National Champions 2006 and 2007). In 2017 he was elected to the ACHA Board of Directors for Men’s Division 1. Currently resides in Troy, Michigan with his wife and two daughters.
