Tulsa Forward Feinstein Makes College Commitment

The Tulsa Oilers of the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) are proud to announce that forward Owen Feinstein has committed to play ACHA Division II college hockey for the University of Arkansas (Fayetteville, Arkansas).

During the 2025-26 season, the San Antonio, Texas native only played 11 games for the Oilers but his presence was felt on the team. “He has been an outstanding addition to our roster, both on and off the ice,” said Tulsa Oilers General Manager Chi-Yin Tse.”

The 2007 birth year recorded three points in 11 games with the Oilers including two goals. Those two goals came against the New Mexico Ice Wolves and Austin Ice Bats.

“We are very excited for Owen as he commits to the University of Arkansas,” said Tse. “Player development remains the top priority of our organization, not only helping our athletes grow their game, but also supporting their development into strong, high-character individuals.”

Feinstein is one of two player from the Tulsa Oilers to make a college commitment this season.
