9:00 -10:00am: ACHA Board of Directors Meeting (private meeting, invited guests only) Hermitage Room B
10:00-11:00am: ACHA Treasurer "TOWN HALL" Meeting (open for membership to attend ) Hermitage Room A
11:00-12:00pm: ACHA Commissioners & Operations Staff Meeting Hermitage Room A
2:00- 5:00pm: ACHA Awards Banquet & Hall of Fame Dinner (advance registration required) Hermitage Ballroom
-> 2:00-3:00pm: Social Hour in Lobby
-> 3:00-5:00pm: Celebration Dinner and Awards presented by JOG Athletics
5:00 - 6:00pm: ACHA Coaches Social Hour & Vendor Show Hermitage Lobby
6:15 & 7:00pm: ACHA Bus to Downtown Main Entrance
10:15pm: ACHA Bus Pickup Downtown and returns to Sheraton hotel (only 1 pickup or will need to Uber back on own)

9:00- 9:30am: Check-in for Annual Membership Meeting and Continental Breakfast Hermitage Lobby
9:30-11:30am: Annual Meeting General Session (members and invited guests only) Hermitage Ballroom
11:30-1:00pm: Divisional Breakout Sessions:
Men's Division 1 = Hermitage Ballroom
Men's Division 2 = Hermitage Room E
Men's Division 3 = Hermitage Room F
Women's Division 1 = Kingsley Room

1:00-2:00pm: Lunch & Coaches Social / Vendor Show Hermitage Lobby
