October 31st - Deadline to have Fall eligibility form submitted

November 1st - Deadline for payment of ACHA Dues

November 15th -  Final day a W1 player (non goalie) can move to W2 IF they have played in less than 20% of current W1 schedule games for that season

December 8th- Last Ranking Period end for Fall semester

January 14th- First Ranking Period of Semester ends

January 31st - Deadline to have Spring eligibility form submitted

January 31st - Final day that goalies can move from W1 to W2.

January 31st - Final day that a W2 player can move to W1

February 23rd- Final Ranking Period ends

March 17th-21st - Nationals in Saint Louis, Missouri

November 1st - Deadline to submit an application for entrance into W1 for 2025/2026 season
