September 1st- Schedules are due

October 18th - End of first Ranking Period

October 1st - Deadline to have Fall eligibility form submitted

November 1st - Deadline for payment of ACHA Dues

November 1st - Deadline to submit an application for entrance into W1 for 2027/2028 season

November 15th -  Final day a W1 player (non-goalie) can move to W2 IF they have played in less than 20% of current W1 schedule games for that season

December 7th- Last Ranking Period of Fall Semester ends

January 10th- First Ranking Period of Spring Semester ends

January 31st - Deadline to have Spring eligibility form submitted

January 31st - Final day that goalies can move from W1 to W2.

January 31st - Final day that a W2 player can move to W1

March 1st- Final Ranking Period ends

March 17th-21st- Nationals in Saint Louis, Missouri
