Ranking #5 – Games through January 16th computer ranking is complete.
Attached is the computer average which determines the rankings (M3 21-22 Computer Average 1.16.2022)
An explanation of how the ranking numbers are obtained is at the bottom of the detailed ranking attachment (acham3rank.htm)
NOTES on the Computer Ranking. (These are the same as used by both ACHA M1 and W1)
First, there are two rankings:
RANKING A – One with a maximum goal differential of 5 (how many did you win or lose by)
RANKING B – One with a maximum goal differential of 1 (did you win or lose)
Note: Ties are broken by Ranking B
Only Games with ACHA M3 Opponents are counted. Teams with less than 3 games played/scored were not included in the computer average.
Please continue to score games in the LeagueStat system and send them during the weekend to M3Scores@achahockey.org. If you believe a game is missing or team record is incomplete, please contact me.
Rankings will be held every two weeks while games are being played with the final ranking being for games up until February 20th, 2022.
Our next Ranking will be published on Friday, February 4th for games played through Sunday, January 30th, 2022.
