COACHES CEP & CONTINUING EDUCATION
Will be finalized and posted shortly
May 14 - 16, 2026 @ Sheraton Music City Hotel, Nashville, TN

The ACHA is pleased to announce that the 2026 ACHA Annual Membership Meeting will once again be held in Nashville, Tennessee, from May 14–16, 2026, at the Sheraton Music City Nashville Airport.
“Membership and staff feedback from the past two years of hosting our Annual Membership Meetings in Nashville has been overwhelmingly positive,” said ACHA Executive Director Craig Barnett. “The ability to conduct all meetings and functions under one roof in a true convention-style facility created a strong sense of togetherness and collaboration that carried throughout the weekend. We look forward to building on that success in 2026 with Coaches Education seminars, our Vendor Show, the Annual Awards Banquet, Hall of Fame inductions, and meaningful membership discussions as we continue to navigate exciting changes within college hockey.”
Attendance at the Annual Membership Meeting has increased each year since moving to Nashville, largely due to its central location and the Sheraton Music City’s all-in-one conference setting. The hotel offers reasonably priced rooms, ample meeting space, numerous amenities, and convenient access just minutes from the airport. In addition, downtown Nashville—located only 10 minutes away—provides a vibrant mix of live music, dining, and shopping.
The 2026 meeting will begin on Thursday, May 14, with USA Hockey–compliant Coaching Education Program (CEP) clinics, available exclusively to ACHA coaches. These two-day USAH/ACHA CEP sessions will conclude on Friday, May 15. Friday afternoon will feature the ACHA Annual Awards and Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, held as a luncheon recognizing outstanding achievements from the 2025–2026 season and honoring Hall of Fame inductees in the Builder and Player categories.
On Saturday, May 16, the ACHA will host its General Session Meeting, addressing key organizational issues and discussing NCAA policy changes impacting the college hockey landscape. Following the General Session, coaches will attend their respective Divisional Breakout Meetings to address division-specific topics across all five divisions (three men’s and two women’s). The day will conclude with a Coaches Social luncheon, held alongside day two of the Vendor Show.
Attendees staying at the Sheraton Music City Nashville Airport will have access to complimentary hotel airport shuttles, as well as ACHA-provided coach transportation on Friday and Saturday evenings to downtown Nashville. Iconic destinations such as Bridgestone Arena, the historic Ryman Auditorium, and the many renowned restaurants and music venues along Broadway offer unforgettable experiences—making Nashville an ideal setting for collaboration, connection, and celebration.
The ACHA looks forward to welcoming the membership back to Nashville in May 2026 for another productive and memorable Annual Membership Meeting.
