Welcome to the start of the 2022-2023 season. This weekend several games will kickoff this year’s campaign and we are excited to see back in the rink. Here are couple key reminders and updates as your programs prepare to hit the ice.
There is a current “download’ glitch with those using the Chrome browser It appears that nothing happens when the link is clicked on. To download documents please so the following:

Right click on the link

Choose Save the link

A window should open allowing you to download the document
There is a seemingly random glitch with some team managers not being linked to the 22/23 version of their teams. USAH is still hunting down the cause, but we have developed a workaround. If you have an issue, please make sure you email dkurtz@achahockey.org. IMPORTANT: Provide the address that is used for the team manager account
Many teams are going into the scoring system, a couple important reminders

Please double check to make sure the log in works earlier than 30 minutes before game time.

Please…. Please…. PLEASE….DO NOT INPUT PLAYERS, COACHES OR ROSTERS into the scoring system. These rosters are both not approved and will require the staff to individually erased them or create many issues when the approved roster from the ACHA portal is uploaded.

Once your approved roster is submitted make sure to check it for the following:

That the positions and numbers are correct (if either are not provided in the portal, a default of F and 1 are placed with the player, in order for the system to accept the roster.

Please fill in the following data: Shot (L/R), Height, and Weight.

Only coaches that are approved in the portal will appear on the roster. If a coach(es) is missing, please make sure they were claimed into the ACHA Portal

The schedule template has had a major update and should have both a complete list of teams and venues. If there is still a missing team, new venue, or renamed venue, please contact dkurtz@achahockey.org
