Jim Martin
– TREASURER
Jim has been the ACHA Treasurer since 2013, and is responsible for the oversight and safeguarding of the organization’s finances. Previously, he was the ACHA Secretary from 2005-2013. Jim has been the coach and general manager of the Michigan State University Men’s Division 2 team since 2001. The program won the M2 national championships in 2005, 2007, and 2013. Jim was the tournament director for the 2005 ACHA M2 national championships held in Rochester, Michigan. He served as the commissioner of the Great Midwest Hockey League from 2003-2018, which includes teams from Michigan, Indiana and Ohio. Jim was named the M2 Coach of the Year in 2007, and he received the Don Spencer award in 2014.
