From Missouri State Hockey
The Missouri State Hockey team is honored to partner with The Warriors Journey, an organization located here in Springfield, MO. The Warriors Journey is a community of warriors helping warriors to find true resilience. No paperwork. No red tape. No bull. The Ice Bears are proud to help introduce them to as many individuals as possible who are currently serving or who have served. Many of us know someone who fits into one of these categories but may have no idea an organization like this exists. Warriors helping warriors and 100% confidential.
On October 27th at 7:00pm and October 28th at 6:00pm the Missouri State Hockey team will face off against the University of Oklahoma at the Jordan Valley Ice Park. These WCHL league games are important for post season play for the Ice Bears, but more importantly this weekend is for The Warriors Journey and all they do. They will have information tables set up at both games to introduce themselves, representatives available, special military guests and more.
The Ice Bears will be wearing special Military themed jerseys this weekend and following the Saturday game, will be auctioned off with 100% of the proceeds going to The Warriors Journey. The auction will be located at Jordan Valley Ice Park during games time only and will be open to the public. These jerseys will have the following names on the back: HONOR, DUTY, COUNTRY.
