SELECTION SHOW TO UNVEIL FIELD OF 24 TEAMS PARTICIPATING IN 2026 ACHA MEN’S DIVISION I NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

UNION LAKE, Mich. – (February 11, 2026) – The American Collegiate Hockey Association Men’s Division I announces that that 2026 ACHA Men’s Division I Selection Show will return for the second consecutive year.

 

The ACHA Men’s Division I Selection Show will unveil the field of 24 teams that will compete for the Murdoch Cup at the 2026 ACHA Men’s Division I National Championships presented by FloHockey.  The Selection Show will be streamed live at 9:00 PM EST on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.

 

Produced in conjunction with the Liberty Broadcast Experience at Liberty University, the ACHA Men’s Division I Selection Show will be hosted by Annie Cory.  Joining Cory on the broadcast will be commentators Rett McGibbon, Lou Gamelin, and Patrick Strawn.

 

In addition to divulging the 24 teams going to Nationals, the one-hour ACHA Men’s Division I Selection Show will have live team watch party look-ins, interviews with select coaches and players, and analysis and insight regarding the Nationals teams.  The broadcast will conclude with predictions by the on-air talent for the team each believes will hoist the Murdoch Cup this year.

 

The 2026 ACHA Men’s Division I National Championships presented by FloHockey will be held at the Centene Community Ice Center in Maryland Heights, Mo. from March 12-17, 2026.  This will be the fourth time that the Centene Community Ice Center has served as the event host, and it will be the third year of the 24-team tournament format.

 

The 2025-2026 ACHA Men’s Division I Ranking #16 will be released immediately at the conclusion of the 2026 ACHA Men’s Division I Selection Show.
